Screenprinting allows for beautiful art to be applied to almost anything. Screenprinting, also known as silk screening, is the best method for reproducing images in true-to-life color. It is also the most cost effective for large quantity print runs.
Superior Screenprinting from Viking Offers:
Environmentally Friendly Ink: We only use environmentally friendly “green” inks that are both lead and phthalate free that when properly disposed of have no environmental impact.
Color Choice: Every color combination is possible. Depending on the color of the garment, we will assist you in creating the most attractive, cost-effective product possible. We offer both standard and customized (PMS matched) colors.
Artwork and Logo Design: Our full service art department can work with your existing logo or create one for you… from simple development of lettering to production of artwork to fit your needs — we’ll help you look your best!
Latest technology: We offer production of four-color process and simulated process art; saving you time and money when producing complicated multi-color prints.
Color Capability: Our state-of-the-art machinery enables us to print as many as nine individual colors on a particular garment.
For intricate jobs being printed on light garments, we offer four-color process printing, a method used for screenprinting complex artwork like photographs. With four-color process printing, there is a setup process called “color separation” in which the artwork is broken down into the four component colors (called CMYK colors) of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. The entire print is then later made by mixing and layering varying amounts of each of those 4 colors onto the garment.
We also offer simulated process printing, an alternative to four-color process printing for intricate printing on dark garments. Depending on the job, we’ll recommend the best technique for you.
